Before or after the Meal:
Swim at Plakias beach or explore nearby beaches such as Souda, Damnoni, and Skinaria. If you want to explore inland, visit the historic Preveli Monastery and the palm-lined Megalos Potamos river. In Plakias, you will also find small cafés, beach bars, and shops selling local products and handicrafts.
