Makrygialos, a picturesque coastal village on the southern coast of Lasithi, offers authentic Cretan hospitality and uninterrupted views of the Libyan Sea. Dinner takes place at a seaside restaurant, with fresh seafood and fine local dishes that reflect the true spirit of southern Crete.
Before or after the meal:
Enjoy a stroll along the village’s seaside promenade, take a swim at the calm beach of Makrygialos, or visit the archaeological site of the Minoan settlement near Kastra hill. A short excursion also brings you to the Monastery of Kapsa and the impressive Pervolakio Gorge for hiking before dinner or the next day.
